The Intensive Shaolin Chi Kung course will be held in Sungai Petani on January 3rd-4th-5th 2008.   All tours will include: Shaolin Chi Kung Intensive Course with Shaolin Grandmaster Wong Kiew Kit. 3 days Langkawi Island and tours (cable car, Island hopping, boat trips and ringing in the New year, 4 days in Sungai Petani (course) + tours to Guan Yin Temple (Penang), Butterfly and Fruit farm, Mangrove Boat trip, 2 days KL+tours,  2 days Cameroon Highlands+ tours 2 days in Penang shopping and tours Many sing songs along the way! We will not only get a wonderful opportunity to see Malaysia in all its beauty, but also attend a very special Shaolin Chi Kung Intensive with Sifu. The Itinerary below is a guideline. Current details, please note that there may be some time and other minor changes to the schedule.    Depart Cork for Heathrow @ 14.40 with Aerlingus and arrive in Heathrow 15.55 . Flight to Malaysia with Singapore Airlines outbound from Heathrow at 18.30pm, Arriving in Singapore 14.15pm (Asia time) on 14th June.  Leaving Singapore at 18.35pm and arriving in Langkawi at 20.00pm . We will be escorted to a local hotel by a tour guide. (UK or European students who wish to join us should meet us in Heathrow.  It may be cheaper to buy your own flight tickets, but allow me to organise everything else for you. Some free time today for shopping. We will visit Sam's Batik store also.     7.00am Breakfast 8am Leave for Penang airport for journey home 10.30 Flight from Penang to Singapore. Arrive in Cork at 11.20pm on 28th. NOTE: I would personally recommend shopping in Penang shopping centre and night markets, having your hair washed which also includes head massage in Sungai Petani, a visit to the Chinese tea shop in Sungai Petani , chilling by the pool or beach in Langkawi Island or just sitting in a local restaurant with a real fruit juice and watching the world go by!! For those of you who have not been to Malaysia before, it will be quite a pleasant culture shock.
